You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in resalable condition.

*“Refund Initiated” means the moment we submit the refund request after confirming the return; it does not include the time your bank or payment service needs to post the funds.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is borne by the buyer. We recommend a trackable courier service and keeping the tracking receipt; you are responsible for the parcel until we acknowledge receipt.

  4. We sign for the parcel, complete QC, and initiate the refund within 2 business days; funds follow the timeline in Section 2.

6. Items We Cannot Accept

  • Requests submitted after the 14‑day window;

  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, missing parts, or otherwise not in resalable condition;

  • Custom products or items marked “Final Sale / Non‑Returnable.”
